Pros

Interesting business model; fairly delightful office space; employees are decent in quality and friendly; not forced to do a lot of Office Space-like corporate b.s.; flexible. This company does a lot of what a company should do, it just doesn't stand out or excel in anyway.

Cons

Not very inspiring; health/PTO benefits are poor; kitchen and snack offerings are very bad; lunch options in the area are minimal/unhealthy; the tech stack is ho-hum; hardly any meeting rooms or private spaces. Just biding my time here until short-term career goals are met. Unequivocally, never been at a company with so many smokers and vapers. Pretty shocking, really. Bunch of burnt out salespeople. It's kinda sad.

False Promises

Pros

Some cool coworkers, lots of incentives

Cons

After months of hard work to be promoted and doing everything they said to do, they still hired other people who had been there less time before me. I really enjoyed working there at first but got sick of false promises and their adherence rule creates so much unnecessary stress and they just keep making it harder to reach adherence
