Pros

Commission structure is nice. They often do many activities that involve the whole company and result in cash and prize incentives. Some management genuinely care about helping you achieve all that you can. The building is clean, they consistently update everything inside so it's hip, trendy and modern. Their dress code is pretty LAX(Until any big potential clients or upper-upper management like the VP walks through). Training is short, but informative and is done in a way that is easy to remember and integrate into your sales ethic. They always had food trucks outside, a soda machine inside and a slide! HR was very good at listening to concerns and working with you regarding personal circumstances that might impact your schedule. Paid weekly as opposed to biweekly. They do consistent team meetings and team trainings.

Cons

Sexual harassment- At the end of my first week there I was cat called and comments were made regarding my body right outside of the front door. Nothing was done when HR was notified because me being new, didn't know the guys names and they wouldn't check cameras. Favoritism- If you're a natural at sales, obviously your coach and his uppers are going to like you because not only are you putting commission in your pockets, you're also putting it in theirs. If you need a little help, or are just learning the ropes- You're bound to be thrown to the sharks or even hand fed to the sharks. A Majority of them will try to bait you to fail by that point. I have watched them purposely do it. (Some coaches however genuinely will try to help you reach your potential). One coach would push his agents to lie to get the sale. When alerted, quality control went over the calls, told the guy(I forgot his formal title) who overseas the coaches and he disregarded it. I always felt like I was in High School walking in, everyone was hitting on everyone and trying to get with them or did get with them, people came in hungover, there were clicks, and lots of gossiping, and attitude.

Pros

Free insurance for those who qualify after one year of employment. Occasional fun company events. Relaxed environment.

Cons

No paid holidays. Management is a joke. They only promote within their group of friends, it is very political. They find every way possible to take earned commissions away from reps, too many variables on how to earn a paycheck. Nobody in management seems to know what they are doing and promotions change too often without anyone informing sales reps on whats going on until several days later, so there are a lot of upset customers and canceled orders. Systems go down a lot and over the year I've been working here the company seems to be getting worse not better. Everyone there is overly expendable and we go through employees like no other company I've ever seen before.
