Pros

Some very good people that are at the company but probably not for long

Cons

Crazy turnover of employees Basically, the company is being run by kids. Top down the dictatorship. CEO and CTO do not have experience and have extremely hard time to take the company from a startup to scale.. Gossip and backstabbing comes from the top. The company eventually may still be successful, but will burn through so many good people. If you come here, expect to stay for about a year until you’re useful. as soon as you outlive your usefulness, you will be let go and it will start over with the next person. Executive leadership only cares about their own success and their own wallets, and does not understand how to build sustainable company

Pros

Some of your team members are amazing people.

Cons

No leadership, no direction, no transparency, backtracks on nearly every decision they make as a company, no diversity, no growth, and no respect for their employees at lower levels. Absolutely horrible environment and I've seen so many brilliant individuals get overworked while being underpaid. Willing to sacrifice their employees' health and wellness (and offer no support or resources) just to save a few dollars.

Pros

The team members were absolutely the best part of working at ClickUp.

Cons

Let's breakdown some of these Cons: The weekly all-hands (that always had to start with an In-House DJ, for some reason!!). The requirement that we used Emojis in every communication with Customers. Constant pivots from upper and middle management. Micro-management to a new level. I had to speak with 2-3 different people before I did anything.
