Pros

ClickUp is one of few organizations I've seen that genuinely lives it's core values and has been a fantastic place to work so far. The product is great to provide support for, and I'm amazed every week at what our development team is able to deliver on for new features. The company is full of talented, passionate people and the potential of where we can go seems endless. It's easy to begin getting involved in projects outside of your core responsibilities, and the potential for rapid growth is there.

Cons

The standards are high and the work can be demanding at times, but hard work does not go unrecognized or unrewarded.

Pros

Autonomous work environment and great engineering team members.

Cons

Received only high performance reviews, had over 6 years of experience, was a team member who assisted across squads, and used AI heavily to drive business outcomes. I was discarded with apathy. Performance was not measured by objective criteria (CTO said in a meeting that he didn't look at the performance metrics). It was measured by what you did that made Zeb happy; not the hundreds of other things that kept the lights on, unblocked other teams, or improved system quality.

Pros

Work alongside some great people. PLG.

Cons

Culture has taken a backseat (virtual SKO, for example). Pay is not great, and your success is determined by luck of getting a good lead. If you fall behind or are in a rut, it is difficult to get out of it because of weighted round-robin lead routing. The direction and focus of the sales team change every other week.
