Pros
The company growth is impressive. The product has production launches that are serving 10s of millions of users. Customer satisfaction is high. The company is working with some large enterprise companies. It is a place where you can learn and grow. Since it is still early stage, work scope is very flexible. If you have a good idea, you will get a chance to get it implemented and get credit. I also like that you get to move around different engineering teams and learn different skills. Most of the folks work hard and are passionate about what they do. Coworkers are very friendly. Lots of company-organized and employee-organized social events (cedar point, soccer game, summer company retreat, etc). Great benefits.
Cons
A relatively junior team. Need more senior engineers and more experienced managers. Need more focus on infrastructure building and less fire fighting.
