Not a great place to work at but I learned some stuff

Pros

People were great, not the higher management but the day to day fellow individual contributors. They are smart, friendly and willing to help. The technology was also exciting.

Cons

Overall environment wasn’t great. Every year you are worried if you are gonna make the cut. The leadership lacks of a general strategy and vision. Work gets wasted or is never put into use. I also didn’t have a good manager who would look out or advocate for me.

Pros

Tech continues to be world class with huge upside. New management is already making big impact - professional and grounded in strategy and executing on goals.

Cons

They will need to hire more talent soon to keep pace with growth (not really a bad thing)
