This employer genuinely cares for your growth, both professionally and personally. I have been here for the last 3 years and I have not heard any grumbling about management or the company or even the co-workers. The work life balance is too good here.

Cons

Sometimes there is a workload pressure but the management and co-workers are so supportive that they don't let me feel the workload pressure.
