Innovation is deeply respected and appreciated here. a) Most contemporary cloud-based technology and SaaS based model implementation happening. b) Focus is on implementing AI to uplift product quality and enhance productivity. c) Hybrid work culture i.e. work-from-office for 3 days and from home for 2 days. d) Excellent work life balance. Ample number of leaves. e) Very collaborative and helpful colleagues. f) High job security. g) Work with some of the biggest names of the healthcare industry. h) Superb medical coverage.
Cons
Every organization has some limitations. It is important to measure the gains against the losses to better ascertain what suits ones need. a) Not the biggest pay master. The salary here is decent but not unrealistically high. The argument - control finance today so that you are not interrupted by the unseen of tomorrow. b) Very rarely you will have to put in extra effort (late hours or weekends or if the need be both). Understand this is human life in context and at times this extra effort is needed to save lives. Having said that this is not at all common and is surely not seen often.
