Pros

Getting out with out owing them.

Cons

Mindless , backbiting , politics and drama so out of touch . It's entrtaining to observe a company that has no awareness of the changes in business and the movement of employee treatment. It's very circa 1978 They are not honest about earning ability and if they decide they don't like you and don't give you leads, count your blessings . It's a small family business with to many issues. They lack systems and organization. If you don't mind paying for all the cost of operating you own business , that's why you get to make your own schedule. If you like to doing the work and handing the company93% of the profit then you'll do well. No benefits, paid holidays ,your car , phone , computer your talent and they have the nerve to be critical! As they laugh all the way to the bank .Other wise don't buy what they're selling! Turn around a go. Don't look back run and run fast you'll be lucky not to be caught in the web of lies and deception.

Pros

Manage most of your hours -

Cons

The worst company I have ever worked for. MICROMANAGING TO THE EXTREME - Required every weekend, multiple evenings and early morning. Did not pay for gas, supplies, you name it. I pretty much paid to work for Closet Factory. Like working long hours at home shows for free? Apply here

Pros

It's a job and it pays. Better than being unemployed (just barely) You learn a lot about organizing homes.

Cons

I worked in the corporate office in LA for a little over a year and it was awful. The office was dirty and unkept. The pay was far below scale. They hire you for one thing and then pile on responsibilities without raising your pay. They always act as if they want new fresh ideas but then go back to the same ole same ole. They treat their clients poorly which in turn effects corporate employees. There is no flexibility with schedules.
