Pros

Work life balance. Flexible schedule.

Cons

Beware. In the interview they will tell you they give you four leads a week and more. If you follow up on your current clients what they actually do is give you two leads a week and withhold leads if you hadn’t had a sale and then if you don’t stay there for at least six months, they say they will charge you $6000 for training, so you start right off by being between a rock and a hard place they don’t pay any of your expenses for gas wear and tear on your car for even mandatory meetings. I think what I made in the last year is about equal with what my expenses were such a big waste of my time and energy Management will not be upfront with you and give you the hope that you will get more leads someday and that’ll never happen so they’re basically hiring you on 100% commission and then reaching into your wallet by not giving you leads at best. it’s a part-time job, but they want you to be available full-time and if you’re not, you’re going to get criticized for that it’s a no-win situation.

Pros

Outside of management, the rest of the staff is very kind. There are very few benefits that I can accurately list for this company.

Cons

There is no work/life balance in this company, and the hours are awful. My regular work schedule had built in overtime, and there was no flexibility in working from home. The work environment is terrible, and the office culture is individualistic and highly critical. Working for this company was the worst career mistake I've ever made.

Pros

I love my job at Closet Factory. I get a chance to meet interesting people and design beautiful storage spaces in some of the most beautiful houses in Los Angeles. It's not a hard-core sales job. All you have to do is be consistent, helpful, knowledgeable and manage your time well and you will be successful. The Closet Factory in house team and management are all genuine people who work extremely hard for us designers out in the field and for our clients.

Cons

The job is hard at first. There is a pretty big learning curve and it can seem fast paced and overwhelming at times. If you are self motivated and treat the job like it's your own business and stick with it for a few months you will be rewarded not only financially, but also have a great job that is flexible, creative and fun!
