Pros
Work life balance. Flexible schedule.
Cons
Beware. In the interview they will tell you they give you four leads a week and more. If you follow up on your current clients what they actually do is give you two leads a week and withhold leads if you hadn’t had a sale and then if you don’t stay there for at least six months, they say they will charge you $6000 for training, so you start right off by being between a rock and a hard place they don’t pay any of your expenses for gas wear and tear on your car for even mandatory meetings. I think what I made in the last year is about equal with what my expenses were such a big waste of my time and energy Management will not be upfront with you and give you the hope that you will get more leads someday and that’ll never happen so they’re basically hiring you on 100% commission and then reaching into your wallet by not giving you leads at best. it’s a part-time job, but they want you to be available full-time and if you’re not, you’re going to get criticized for that it’s a no-win situation.
