Appreciate the review. It's good to know you had a positive experience overall. To your point, the industry is definitely getting tougher, and we know the pricing pressure is real. We’re always looking for ways to make things easier for our designers, so we will definitely take your comment to heart. Wishing you all the best in your next chapter.

Pros

Interesting and challenging work if you like problem solving.

Cons

You get to choose your work hours, however finishing and servicing an account requires way more than just going to the appointment and closing the sale. There is account management that ends up taking a lot more time as well as meetings that you are expected to attend.

We appreciate you sharing your perspective on the Designer role in Los Angeles. It is great to hear that you enjoyed the challenging nature of the work. We agree that the role requires a significant time commitment beyond the initial appointment to ensure every client’s project is managed properly from start to finish. This level of detail is what allows us to deliver the quality our clients expect. Thank you for your feedback, and we wish you success in your next role.

Pros

The team is awesome, and as Denver is thriving my there’s been lots of work. Super flexible schedule, work when you want to. This also means you’re working into the night sometimes and early mornings. These are not cons but they’re the reason I decided to stick with a 9-5! As a sales consultant and designer you’re sure to need your laptop wherever you go, like even on weekend trips. As with any sales position like this you’re always needing to check emails and be on top of every client’s projects. Just to know what to expect! These are franchise companies but ours would get us free tickets to Rockies games, fun company parties, raffles etc. Nice bonuses and dinners for reaching certain points in sales monthly and yearly!

Cons

Commission only but that lit a fire for me so I stayed busy and got referrals to more than make ends meet.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a detailed look at your years with our Denver team. We are thrilled to hear that you felt supported by our owners and sales manager. It is our goal to be as personable and accessible as possible, so knowing that made a difference in your experience is wonderful. We also appreciate your transparency about the dedication it takes to succeed in sales. While the flexibility is a major benefit, staying on top of client projects is a full time commitment, and we’re glad the "fire" of commission worked so well for you. Thank you for being such a big part of our success in Denver!
