Sometimes you think there is no advancement but if you make it known to your direct manager or the owner they keep you in mind as opportunities open up. I think that many of us have a hard time voicing what we want and should learn to professionally voice it. Best not to leave it to chance.

This location will be out of business soon.

No appointments, Owners are afraid to let skilled reps go on calls alone, Required to be at the office often and not paid for it! Typical unprofessional sales co hiring outside reps so that they do not have to pay minimum wage, overtime, benefits, etc. What they claim is earning potential is not even close to true.
