Many pros! Having a flexible schedule and everyday is a little different. You get out what you put in.

Cons

The first 6 months are hard but if you can get past that you can really grow as a designer.

I agree that you need to allow enough time to learn the skills to build a foundation for your success. The designer position has many positive aspects once you get it down. It is a career, so if you are taking the job to have a job, it might not be the right move for you.

I think you will find that you will receive much stronger sales support now. Pay may fluctuate in the beginning however there is unlimited income potential once you get the skills down. Both Gabi and Joseph have strong design and sales background. They both handle training and sales support. Plus they are always looking for people that want to develop a career as a designer in the Long Island, Brooklyn, Bronx, and Manhattan areas. FYI, training is structured and there is a program to follow and bi-weekly design meetings.
