removed milaege reimbursement no benefits management finds ways to not pay you no paid training anymore micromanaging no support not a salary position - straight commission will spend the first 2 months just learning- don’t expect 80-100K/year like advertised had to file claim with TWC for unpaid commissions after i left

- earned commissions not paid - lack of experience and knowledge - lack of support from sales management - no travel reimbursement - no phone reimbursement - no bonuses or incentives - need to purchase your own laptop - no health insurance or benefits - don't pay their backend installers and shop employees their owed time if they work overtime or holidays - owners and sales manager are extremely disrespectful to their sales team, even yell at them. - questionable businesses practices - toxic work environment - bad work/life balance - unethical employee work standards
