Pros

Laid-back atmosphere with a sense of all employees working for a common goal. If you show up and work hard it will be recognized and the work is rewarding.

Cons

No territories or data from sales ops regarding who should be reached out to and when. This creates a very competitive and secretive feeling in the sales team.

Thanks for the review. I’m glad you feel a sense of the common goal. It’s one of my favorite things about working here. Don’t love hearing your experience on the Sales team feels competitive or under-appreciated. I’ll share with leadership - and I’d love to hear more in person! -janet

Thanks for sharing your thoughts in this review. I think we’ve gotten really serious about staffing as the recruiting team has doubled in the last few months, and other teams all around the org have grown too. There's always more work to do, but we are always looking to improve. -janet

Pros

Great things to work on. Excellent engineers and fun people to work with.

Cons

Senior management does not get rid of people who are problems. They are beginning to sort things out but there are a few teams that are legitimately a joke.

I agree - there are great things to work on here with excellent engineers across the company. We know there are lots of things we need to get better at - and there is nothing more important than being able to trust and rely on the teams you work with. It’s a top priority, for sure -janet
