Pros

The teams that you work with are truly great. They all push themselves to the extra mile to help each other out. Most of the time unpaid!

Cons

Work life completely takes over your personal life. I've worked for the Co-op for 5 years within that 5 years the expectation seems to be swaying towards, if you want to work for us, be available 24/7 and expect to work 50/60 hours a week if you want to keep your job. There was a time I loved working for this company, now however, I feel as though your best is not good enough, and they will find the slightest excuse to get rid of you as 'there is always someone down the road who will do your job'

Thankyou for your feedback and comment. It's lovely to hear that you feel part of a team, after all we succeed more when we all work together. Regarding communication, it would be great to know what exactly you would like to improve as digital communication for colleagues is something that we're working hard on. ^Catherine

Pros

I am a customer service advisor for motor insurance. When you begin you get 5 weeks of training including 3 weeks in a class room and then 2 weeks on a supervised team so you can easily get help. It really prepares you for the job and doesn't throw you in at the deep end.

Cons

There are a lot of tests
