- Owner micro management is high and they often drag employees along on whims then backtrack multiple times a sprint - Management is only focused on short term (crunch occurs) - Horrible communication for such a small company (honestly laughable) - Majority of app is on an old tech stack and a large portion of the original engineers have left - Continuous QA/testing is nearly non existent - QA concerns are often overlooked/dismissed - Pay is horrendous compared to industry average - Absurdly high turnover - Career path/growth doesn’t exist Find a non ND, remote job.
