The people. Every scenario has a challenge that will provide an opportunity for growth and the people challenge the status quo. The best idea wins out, even if there is healthy passion to get there. It makes the work fulfilling and we see how that benefits the customers and the company.

Cons

Change is constant, which is a challenge in itself for some. The change is usually based on new products, things learned from customers, etc. which is a good challenge.
