Pros

-Talented coworkers -"Free" snacks -Opportunity for career growth (if you are retained)

Cons

-Lengthy and dishonest interview process. They said that they would train me in, yet I was expected to hit the ground running immediately. I found myself overwhelmed on a daily basis. -Sub-par benefits package. They said they have family health insurance, but as of December 2020 when I was let go the premium was 700 dollars a month. -Every week is an emergency. Expect to put in at least 60 hours a week. Not a negative for those who put their careers above all else, but don't expect to do much that isn't work. -Toxic management (look at CEO approval score). -The CEO never bothered to talk to me during the interview or onboarding process.

Pros

Fun colleagues and ability to touch all parts of the system. The best ideas usually win.

Cons

The pay is ridiculously bad compared to the expectations, the CEO is almost universally reviled, and the remote policies are dumb.

Pros

The best parts about working at CoSchedule is the fast paced environment. The free soda. Good parties. Day-to-day life is great. If you show you're interested in growing there, management will notice. Though expectations for your work can change really fast, and some people will not like that at all. Best work/life balance of any company I've ever worked for. Honestly, probably in the top 5 places to work in North Dakota.

Cons

K-Cups for the "unlimited" coffee is just terrible. Please make updates to this. Empathy, sometimes it doesn't feel as friendly as it's made out to be. There's definitely a level of cliques at work, and a lot of people aren't open minded to you until you've been there for a while. The user experience doesn't seem to always get taken into consideration. So our customers can feel frustrated a lot. This happens a lot with new releases, and there isn't a ton of emphasis placed on the "finishing touches".
