Pros

Unbelievably talented people work here. Without question, some of the brightest minds in the industry and in the cyber security risk space. Phenomenal sales leadership with clear direction on where we want to go and how we're going to get there. Above all though, the culture is fantastic. The entrepreneurial spirit is embraced here and the opportunity in this space and in this company is immense...and it's actually fun to come to work. Happy to be a part of the Coalfire team.

Cons

Explosive growth can bring some challenges. That said, they're good problems to have and I commend Coalfire for their commitment to continue to invest in helping solve for those challenges. I've been other places where it was the other side of the coin. Trust me, growing pains pale in comparison.

Pros

The people are great, for the most part. The industry is exciting.

Cons

Senior management can't seem to get it together. Every fix is a band aid, which leads to inefficiency and rework. They need to slow down in order to catch up. This has been the case for a very long time, and my former colleagues on the inside tell me that nothing has changed.
