      Great environment, great benefits, work with very smart and cooperative people, many opportunities to advance your career, great time off policy, your ideas are well received and implemented, great management team, fast growing industry. Flexibility to work from home when needed.

      Pros

      Great people - In general everyone I work with is really nice, helpful, and supportive. The corporate support staff has been very responsive and easy to work with, and my smaller departmental team is the best. I'm not micro managed and I'm given time at work to study the changing technology related to security controls. Some travel is required but its been flexible. Also the customer base for Coalfire is very good, interesting and growing major companies.

      Cons

      After kind of a slow onboarding processes I was thrown into the consulting fire right away. Kind of shocking but a learning experience.
