      Pros

      Great coworkers who are passionate about their careers and the cybersecurity industry There are tons of opportunities if you're self-motiviated and self-directed - lots of independence is given Opportunity to work with some of the best minds in the business CEO is extremely sharp

      Cons

      Company is in an interesting transition phase - growing from small to the next level. Comes with associated growing pains (some challenges with training, formal career development, delivery consistency, etc). Company is trying to address most of these.

      Pros

      - Great co-workers - Large (and sometimes fun) clients - Freedom to customize and tailor your work

      Cons

      - Employees keep leaving, no one is being re-hired. Morale is low, and people are overworked to fill the gap. - Easily over half of the company is Director level or above, there's no one left to actually do the work - Pay is lower than average, you are expected to perform duties above your pay grade - Executive management is clueless, constant re-orgs and promises delivered that are never filled - Our director took FOUR two week vacations in less than 6 months. Clients were dropped, and no one took the blame.

      Pros

      I have a great manager, and the company has invested heavily in my professional development. Hours are very flexible.

      Cons

      The pay is low for the industry, and I believe my good experiences are not shared by people outside of my department. There is very little diversity and little attention paid to changing that.
