      Pros

      I was having problems finding a position due to my wide variety of experience. This never even phased them, they believed in me from day one and always did whatever they could to help. The mistakes I made were learning experiences, and the things I succeeded with were praised. I had to leave because of a move, but they still continued to help me with references and even referred a previous client to me.

      Cons

      The same downsides you'd expect from any smaller company.

      -The company is still young (15 years old) -Growing pains -Lack of process -Young managers (No hand holding) -Objective Job Training vs. rigorous training curriculum -Fair amount of ambiguity - if you are a routine person, this not the place for you
