Pros

Work flexability Good team Interesting Projects

Cons

No raises Instead try to give 'stock options'. Disguising giving them money as a benefit? It's a private company, no real market value yet. Dropping bonus to once a year Dropping utilization as main bonux metric for IC's. Can't help yourself to make up for poor company performance metrics. Other benefits are dropping each year.

Pros

-Talented co-workers -Abundance of free training -Amazing clients -Remote work policy -Partnerships with well known organizations

Cons

-Ongoing reorgs -When raising concerns, prepare to get lip service with little to no meaningful action taken -New hires are unable to get the appropriate level of support when they need it due to everyone's busy schedules -Pay and benefits are NOT competitive -To get a substantial raise or promotion, you'll need to be part of your manager's clique -FTO is difficult to take due to excess workload and limited resources -We've been unable to retain top talent for years due to all of the above reasons

Pros

They have several large clients.

Cons

Company Culture (Hire and promotes too many millennials in leadership). No guidance on career paths for promotion. They say they care, but they really don't. Promotion of "Queerfire" is for the alternative lifestyle crowd.
