Pros

Fast paced, scale-up atmosphere, great mix of experienced and new talent. Leadership cares about employees (really). I have been places where it's only lip-service. Exceptional talent in all functions of the organization and all levels. Growing companies create outstanding career progression opportunities.

Cons

It's a scale-up. There is still a lot of building and process defining/maturing to do. Fast pace and demanding at times. It runs in cycles.

There are some slow patches during Q1 but I think most consulting firms face this issue at the beginning of the year.
