Pros

Remote work. Normal hours. My bosses are great. Not the worst place I've worked.

Cons

Lack of trust in the CEO, horrible communication from the C-suite to everyone else, poor planning for internal software products, obvious prioritization of sales over the delivery teams (and everyone else)

Pros

- Your manager likely won't even know what you actually do, so you don't have to do much

Cons

- Executives lie to your face in all hands meetings. Was told there was a company trip to Mexico planned. That never happened. Was promised $5k at 5 years, but they changed that policy as I got to my 5 years. Another lie. - They are pushing hard to sell the company

We understand your frustration regarding the canceled company trip to Mexico. It was a difficult decision made due to COVID concerns, and we needed to prioritize the safety of our employees. As for the anniversary award, we are constantly evaluating our internal programs to ensure they are both meaningful and scalable as we grow. We hope you enjoyed the opportunity to take a three-week sabbatical and choice of gift to celebrate your five-year milestone anniversary. Please reach out to your manager or HR for additional clarification. We take all feedback seriously and are committed to continuous improvement.
