Pros

Support, culture, great people, smooth onboarding, and room to grow. People here are real, very smart, and full of ideas and knowledge. You will be surrounded by people smarter than you and that's a blessing.

Cons

Not really a con but it will take time to learn material.

Pros

- People and Culture - Remote culture - Growing Company - Opportunities to move up and gain experience across industries - Fast moving, plenty of opportunities

Cons

- Lower level managers don't receive the training they need - Too much pressure is put on management to do sales. They instead should have a better balance between selling and people managing.

Fire the Complainers

Pros

I've never been in a company that has so much complaining. The latest is the cell phone reimbursement. The people that complain are making $100k+ and don't appreciate the great benefits on healthcare and things that matter. I'm grateful for everything they do and try to do. Its a great culture with people that care.

Cons

Time to bring in new blood. Too many older timers that are stuck in the old ways and not embracing the reality of the changes in this world.
