      Pros

      My management team has helped me with career development like certifications in my department and projects to help me grow my skills for future forward advancement within the team. I also love and appreciate the remote, and therefore flexible, work environment. I am trusted to get my work done (and do) while also being able to make time for things that may come up in my personal life. It makes me want to work harder and smarter being in this kind of work environment.

      Cons

      I wish we had more opportunities for face time with co-workers and our team! I think it would be motivating to spend time with team members that we have never met in person.
