Pros

Remote work is a plus.

Cons

Not transparent. Was told in all hands meeting that no layoffs were planned. Was then promptly laid off in 2 week.

Pros

Numerous learning opportunities within the company.

Cons

Expect to work 50-60 hours per week and 70 + hours per week on busy weeks. Putting in the extra work won't get you anywhere, they expect it. You will also be expected to work outside of working hours to complete your goals that reflect on your end of year bonus (which is low bonus in general). If you are a female, be extra careful on how you speak. You're not encouraged to speak up or speak your mind. You will be reprimanded if you say something upper management does not agree with.
