Pros
Everyone is so willing to assist and help when it’s asked for. Additional learning opportunities and career path are attainable if you aim for it. Clear communication on goals and it is so nice to see others recognized for the great work they’re doing. Motivated daily by my manager, co-workers and senior executives! Have been here over five years and hope to retire from here in the distant future.
Cons
Depending on the role there can be a lack of work life balance, it is retail sales and service, but overall I am encouraged by the vision for the company’s future.
