Pros

#1 Cochran creates a fun work environment, where everybody works together to make each other better. The company definitely offers a positive environment, and a great opportunity for advancement. We also have Thanksgiving, and Christmas parties, as well as a company golf outing, amusement park day, and many more events to show employee appreciation. I would certainly recommend others to look into #1 Cochran, maybe you can find your career like I did!

Long work hours, but you will definitely get out of this job what work you put into it!

Pros

Lots of potential to make a lot of money. Every day is different, you never know who is going to walk in the door.

Cons

Long hours, 12 hour days are quite common. Working every Saturday is required.
