Pros

A lot of good, friendly people that work for the company, and there is a big focus on the customer, and taking care of them. Company pays well compared to competitors.

Cons

Atrocious work/life balance. This company over the years has lost its "family business" feel. The compensation for the stress level is extremely uneven. There is a lot of big talk about departments working together as a team, but the inter-departmental fighting is perpetual, and never gets resolved.
