They do it differently than a typical auto dealer

Pros

They invest in their people and look to grow the skillsets of those who want to be developed. Very strategic auto group run like a blue chip business rather than your typical auto dealership. The most innovative car store I have ever worked with.

Cons

A lot of finger pointing internally when adversity presents itself or during months when goals are not met.
