This is hands down my worst experience in employment. I worked there for a year or two. I worked hard and without fail. In the end I made 12 dollars an hour.
My peers treated me and others horribly. I could hear them talking trash from around the corner when they thought I wasn't there. There were a select few good souls throughout the monroeville campus, but the rest were disrespectful, entitled, and lazy.
Asking for raises did nothing. When I asked for a transfer, I was told I had to master a position that I had already trained two people in. Being blunt, there was nothing to master. It's driving and parking.
The managers do not care about their employees, save one or two. Even they would not do anything that made the job worth working, but they will give you the hope that it will.
The work itself was stressful as I had to drive through the busiest intersection in town, often being forced off the road by people who do not yield at signs or listen to traffic laws, as well as the issues mentioned above. You WILL be forced to work overtime on less than an hour's notice constantly. If you try to get a second job to make up for the lack of pay, they will threaten to fire you if you cannot stay passed your shift.
