GM discount on a car

#1 Cochran is a corporation that puts profits above its employees. Keeping staff underpaid and over worked so they quit. Lack of leadership and training strategies help upper management keep the doors rotating with new people so there is no substantial career growth in this company. I would avoid looking into working at this company unless this is a new or first time opportunity working in the automotive industry.

They have adopted the theory of do more with less. They are cutting the pay of a lot of employees and giving them more work to do by eliminating certain jobs and giving that work to other employees at that location. They have too many chiefs and not enough Indians

Networking, experience, annual boots, and if you're lucky, your coworkers

Cons

Run-around treatment, surface empathy, hides shady handlings, encourages authoritative leadership styles through the grapevine, preaches servant leadership, No intrinsic reward system. Pay is bottom of the barrel. No merit incentive. Would prefer robots to people.
