Pros

Great company. Very focused on the customer experience. Great opportunity for growth and advancement. Rob Cochran's driving force is to make significant impact in Western PA. Family owned, which truly means something these days. Love working here.

Cons

No negative talking points worth mentioning. No work place is perfect, but Cochran by far exceed any other Dealership I've ever worked for.

Pros

After being with the organization for almost five years, I can honestly say that #1 Cochran is tops when it comes to training and team member development. It doesn't happen overnight but the organization is very good about recognizing the talent and dedication in hard-working team members. There are always opportunities for career growth.

Cons

Not many cons. Some days can be longer than others but sometimes business needs dictate a little extra elbow grease!

Pros

Excellent work/ personal life balance. Breeds excellent culture and values to all of its team members. Great give back to surrounding communities.

Cons

The auto business it self can have long hours. But #1 Cochran works very hard at helping team members balance work and personal life.
