Pros

Chance to make good money as a flat rate tech.

Cons

Too many issues are overlooked when brought to managements attention. Any issues brought up with HR is usually referred back to a lower manager who either disregards or gives false sense of addressing concern. Unrealistic expectations despite suffering work conditions and employee moral.

Ability to make $, promoted quickly due to turnover, company grows fast. Close to good lunch spots.

Can be very fun place to work

Cons

Work life balance is not great, too many layers of management & management levels not clearly defined, (sales/service/parts managers in stores report to "campus directors" that report to corporate sales/service/parts directors, that report to COO who reports to CEO, but in some cases there are additional channels involved
