      They are remote friendly. I can’t think of anything else.

      Cons

      It’s a hierarchical structure with no trust towards employees. Expectations are too high and they expect you to work extra hours, attend every meeting, complete your work and mentor others.

      Pros

      The culture is celebratory in some of the internal teams. You can't make any mistakes without being threatened with your job security so you are forced to learn quickly.

      Cons

      The most immoral leaders I have ever worked with. There are no clear parameters on what success looks like. Leaders will go behind your back instead of talking to you directly, and you will constantly second guess yourself. If you value your mental health at all, steer clear of this company.
