Unfortunately as Intake Specialists you’re the lowest ranked piece on the board, so expect to be played like a pawn and continuously sacrificed for business needs. You will be expected to take on extra responsibility for no additional pay. You will be consistently micromanaged, but a lot of times it comes as imperatives from upper management so they have to crack down the whip because they are also being cracked down on. Each major month or holiday a nice post goes out spotlighting Cohere’s “diverse” community to virtue signal an inclusive environment but in all honesty it’s not a priority as it is billed to be during the interview or is portrayed on social media but is actually a scrambled after thought. Very little work is down on the day to day. Most of the company’s minority workers are concentrated at the very bottom of the corporate structure.

They want you to be on camera all day, they bounce u from room to room on zoom and require to do to many task constant changes that doesn't benefit the employees. They do not listen to the employees but have pointless meetings pretending to address the concerns of others. The have a HR dept but call it The Peoples Team , it took 3 months that I was paying for insurance bit didn't have any information on my life insurance that I was paying for...when I reached out for info I was bounced around to different personal and NO one I mean NO one knew who I should be referred to. I called Principal directly and didn't couldn't tell me anything. I was paying for benefits that NO one could let me know what I really was getting smh...took months to get answers.
