Everyone is friendly and welcoming. The office is no longer open to the public. The management team is great!

Cons

Turnover! Productivity can be out of your hands due to no shows. Pay and benefits could be better for a few areas.

Cons

Productivity requirements are unrealistic as well as paperwork expectations. Very few opportunities for advancement unless you are seeking a director position. Pay is low for the amount of work expected.
