Great job for self-driven, highly organized individuals that like to develop their own work flow
Pros
Work from home 3 days a week. Flexible scheduling is really nice because you can make your own schedule based around your clients needs as long as you clock 40 hours a week, 5 days. They allow a lot of creative freedom and trust their employee's judgment. The pto is good and starts accumulating immediately (15 days pto yearly). Paid holidays. They offer health insurance and other benefits. Management is very helpful. Trainer is very helpful with any questions/assistance for new hires.
Cons
Organization and learning period for new hires use to need improvement, but it has been improving a lot recently. Not enough office space for all the employees, but they are searching for a larger location (plus you work from home 3 days a week, so it's not that big of a deal). If you are not extremely organized and self driven-this is not the job for you.
