Pros

True 9-5 no work coming home with yoi

Cons

Awful pay, they hype up your raise to you only for it to be 50 cents more per hour, the management really hyped everything up like they treat you so well for giving you the absolute bare minimum. We were treated like actual middle schoolers, so much supervision and everyone is a weird disney adult. Every job I’ve ever had besides this treated me exponentially better than this culty weird place. This sector of the travel industry is toast anyways

Pros

Co workers were very nice - I was very excited about working in the travel industry

Cons

That excitement quickly faded when I got on the phone’s - it was not a fact that is explained clearly but this is a SCRIPTED call center job ! All they want is a robot that sits and repeats the script to customers. No thinking for yourself needed
