Pros

From my first day, I was impressed with the involvement of leadership - they continue to ask questions and want to know any struggles to find best ways to collaborate and improve challenges. The longevity of careers is also impressive within the organization - so many people I chatted with before joining had been with the company 10+ years. Goes to show people are happy and Collette treats you well. I have been here 4 years now and there are already many career possibilities I can go within the company. I found a career that feels like family and couldn't be happier!

Cons

Some systems are a bit dated, but they continue to invest in new development's and I see improvements every year.

Great place to work

Pros

Collette is a great place to work. I have yet to meet someone who is not genuinely nice and willing to answer any question, no matter their title. I love that we get 4 hours of paid volunteering every month. They give a great amount of time off/sick time combined. Plus you can earn travel credits for a trip. Lastly, being able to be hybrid is great.

Cons

The parking can be a bit painful.

Pros

If you can work 60 hour weeks for 5 years straight you’ll make good money and finally have the time to take vacation to travel.

Cons

No movement Working Multiple week nights Order taker not a order generator Car allowance way too low, can’t expense fuel They expect selling activities but 30% of the job is spent actively in sales situations. They talk up the pay but you never set expectations on what it will take and how long it will take to get there. The turnover is rampant regardless of what they tell you in the interview..
