Workers are passionate and truly care about what they do. Their employee's love for travel has allowed Collette to grow and capture market share. The company has displayed growth and looks to be continuing to grow for the future. They have recently committed to improving some pain points which include outdated systems and old technology.

Pay + Growth Opportunities, Unorganized, Reactive, Silos, Parking. Promotions and candidacy are based on nepotism. Decisions are not backed by proven data, but preference from 3-4 individuals (may be specific to this department). Inconsistent timelines and processes for jobs. Let competitors and outside forces dictate decisions and react accordingly. Lack of communication from team to team – getting information is difficult and last minute. Parking at the office is a disaster!
