Pros

I agree with other reviews that men in this office think it's okay to rub against women and watch innapropriate videos on their computers at their desk. Lots of bragging about hot women, hiring escorts in Las Vegas, and laughing about new moms who need to feed their babies in a "special room." This company condones white men getting away with everything.

Cons

This will always be a white men's fraternity and you most likely will not do anything about it. You might force people to take some jokey online harassment training.

Pros

- Co-workers were amazing. Everyone wanted to see everyone win within my team. - Location. - Immediate boss/director was a total gem. She constantly created new career opportunities for me throughout my time with her & Colliers

Cons

- TOXIC work culture. Upper management does not listen and/or care. - Harassment is reported and then "swept under the rug". Discipline at worst is a "slap on the hand". Any other company would've fired individuals based off some of the harassment claims that have been made. - Lack of transparency - High turnover rate due to mistreatment of staff and poor work structure - Very "Us vs. Them"
