Pros

nice co workers, ok hours

Cons

Top heavy leadership who give no compliments except to their cronies ,but will gladly criticize others. Pay raises are a joke. If you're not in the "in crowd" you won't get any plum opportunities, only the jobs others don't want. Thus, keeping their "yes" people under their realm. Took away our 401k match for most of 2020 but boasted of high earnings at year end, which was extremely bad for employee morale. Systems don't talk to one another creating need for manual work and human error. Brokers are the gods in this company, that is easy to see.

Pros

NONE they won't listen, because they only care about partying

Cons

Non supportive incompetent leadership. HR cares nothing about the employees and are bias towards upper management. The under current of racism is real. No structure, lack of communication between departments and inner political battles that affect anyone under the associate directors. The associate director for the DMV is incompetent, OPENLY racist, has a strange alliance with the APM's and is very trigger happy. You are overworked and over looked until you make a mistake. The workload is impossible especially since the AD has minimal experience

Pros

It is a job if you need one and you can gain a lot of experience

Cons

I been there for 2 years and I never got a raise or a bonus and that was pretty much expected for all the property management staff. They are so short on staff that you're eventually an engineer, janitor, or whatever the role ask of you. The buildings a I manage are in such poor shape, you wouldn't even classify them as class A or class B office buildings. Things are constantly breaking and need repairs but you only have the time and the capital to put a band aid over the issue because building owners are too cheap to front the money for a full repair. Manager are a mixed bag and seem to be really busy all the time and that attitude trickles down to the rest of the management staff. Everyone seems to be too preoccupied with their own agenda to help each other.
