- Bad benefits
- Payroll is extremely unorganized and combative. Payroll is a huge portion of a company and there were far too many mistakes for their level of a company. Common mistakes include Maintenance Engineers not being paid for their overtime and vacation, Payroll not being organized with vacation hours and then tell employees they have to prove their time after being with the company for 7+ years, etc. When errors are brought to their attention, they become threatening and combative and extremely unprofessional. Again, extremely unprofessional for a company of this stature.
- Outdated systems and software. Other commercial management companies are able to produce advanced documents for their clients and Colliers uses outdated equipment and software which is an extreme disadvantage to the employees
- All around, the Boston office has significantly decreased in client retention within the Real Estate Management department and no new business is brought in. Lay offs are made and the person in charge of new business should be rotated out for poor performance
