-some kind coworkers -extra days off

Cons

-bad mgmt - ignore problems leaving hard-working staff to pay the price for their lack of leadership -"not my job" mentality -"friends of boss" can do no wrong, but others held to policies -no reward for going above and beyond -no faith in the leadership! -no chance for growth unless you have exactly the right college degree or you are friends with the boss and then you don't need a degree at all.

Cons

The college has not given a cost-of-living raise in several years. They don't pay as well as Dallas college- they've got to step it up.
