      Pros

      Collins Engineers was very professional throughout the entire interview and hiring process. The people here are very nice and there are plenty of opportunities to learn and be hands on with the job. With the wide variety of projects that Collins is involved in, you are always learning something new and rarely do the same task twice.

      None that I have encountered.

      Pros

      Relaxed work environment. Once in a lifetime opportunities to travel and work outside the United States. Have to put in your time first though.

      Cons

      Bad employee personal direction, not really sure at times how you get promoted. Bad incentives to excel.

At the beginning of this year, we launched a new Employee Development Process that incorporates tools to help communicate expectations and foster dialogue between employees and managers.
