      Strong structural engineering firm for independent, bright, self-starting engineers.

      Pros

      Knowledgeable engineers for bridge design, underwater inspection, sign inspection. Hard-working group. Easy to get along with. Mentors are available; employee needs to seek out.

      Cons

      Young group that is very social, if you don't hang out with them, may impact the type of projects you are asked to be a part of. Leadership not consistent.

      Family friendly company, very professional work environment, and exceptional leadership.

      Cons

      Collins is a great company and in my almost two years there is something that is not their fault. They offer exceptional benefits but due to the smaller size of the company, enrolling your family for health insurance through the company is extremely expensive.
